Ever since my experience way back in 1994 (Formless – blog), I have been perhaps elusively “reluctant” to face people  and express vocally about it. My excuse, or hiding away, is largely due to the fact that the experience is inexpressible in words. Every time I have done so in public (perhaps 3 times?) my throat blocks up and I make choking sounds as the extreme emotion that it brings up, makes the task very difficult for me.

Not surprisingly, my Higher Self and spiritual guidance, is slowly getting (in a respectful way?) impatient with me. I have to get on with my life’s destiny, part of which is to engage myself to express in the best way I can, that experience and others too.

And so, in this year of writing, 2017, I am involved with a life transformation, part of which includes instruction and practice, among other larger issues of which I am unfamiliar. If it is unfamiliar with the mind, then fear rears its head, and excuses and diversions present themselves, in order to feel “comfortable” within the status quo.

In the past I often came across the term of “Being in the Flow”. Also, recently, I met a lady who teaches “Flow Classes”. To me currently, Being in the flow would allow surrender to each moment and also Being grateful for each moment, as it IS, without the judgement. I am, from this moment forward, to challenge my mind continually, especially in its deliverance of limitations.

From this, there comes CHOICE, and I had a clarity about its function, whatever that may be, when I was in Maui. Circumstances did not allow me to be in the prime location to stay for a conference, but before I left Australia, I CHOSE to be in this prime location. I was so surprised when after a few days I was offered space to stay there for the rest of that conference. Choosing, leaves the mind out of the equation.
