It is very interesting to see friends who are going through emotional hard times, knowing what is possible for their release, if they would relax into the process.
Saying this is easy (sorry, writing), in reference to my own transformations, and the corresponding experience of being lighter and more joyful in general.
And so, what about the process in it’s generic makeup?
If the person is willing, vocally with the word “YES”, agreeing to do the process, as guided, then this is a major step forward. With every step forward, Spirit is stepping 10 steps closer to you.
Then the slightly more difficult task of actually internally “going” to where the trauma is stored in the body. This is by default easier for women, as they communicate profusely and usually will ask for help. Men on the other hand, are statistically way down on the list, in even agreeing to step up initially. There is this “strong males do not weep” carry over from the patriarchal past, to get passed. Some do, but in a recent event I attended in Hawaii, out of 72 international people, only about 6 were males, including myself.
After locating the trauma or pain, the person has to engage with it – FEEL it. When felt, the emotions must be allowed to vent through the body, as well as being vocal, sometimes in the extreme. Some trauma go way back to childhood, a majority affecting age 5 and just over. This “LITTLE ONE” should be allowed to vocalize as to what was experienced and how it made them feel.
Other than the current lifetime, carryover from past lifetimes can occur. Whether a person actually believes in karmic carryover is important in addressing the issue, otherwise a workaround may be necessary.
When the pain & trauma is felt, for a period of between sixty and ninety seconds, while consciously breathing, it is released forever.
