The Sacral Chakra image.
This #chakra is associated with the colour Orange, and so, the light above and below your body within the session is focused and coloured orange. There may be a lot of blockages centred around this chakra, since it also resonates with the element Water, is emotion connected, and with the sexual organs (Spleen-Adrenals).
The lights are aimed at the point in-between the base of the spine and below the belly. They are low voltage and are not hot on the body.

If there are blockages discovered at this chakra, then before we start a person’s session, he or she is given a crystal programmed to clear that area, so that the person may place it on their body. At the end of the session, the person is asked to hand the crystal back to the practitioner. It is later cleansed and readied in it’s case for a new session.
If this chakra is blocked, the energy flow may be blocked from coming up from the ground, or the flow from above, especially the heart. There may be a frigidity of sexual expression, bottled up suppressed emotions from past negative experiences with partners, and associated fears. It may affect creativity and be a barrier to seeking pleasure in normal human life.
Sound may be used to address this chakra, and it is associated with “D” on the scale. There are tones that may be voice or synthetically produced which will vibrate and clear the major meridian.
All lights up.
Typically, we wish that the second chakra be open and flowing, for well being, good health, and natural expression in general. In most of the session, a balance of orange and blue are applied together, as a complement to each of the sacral and throat chakras. It is a good way of calming overactivity.
