Missing Time
One of the endearing qualities of meditation in general is “Missing Time”. If the body is really tired, then this will generally happen naturally, so that the body and the mind are “removed” from consciousness, and afterwards a feeling of rejuvenation is experienced.
A SoniqueS session lends itself probably more in this regard, in that the environment space is designed for Ultra Relaxation, and even if a person in the session is not an everyday meditator, meditation usually happens automatically. It is no accident that meditation is trumpeted as being a great help in longevity, as it is historically so ancient in aeons of written material on personal experience?
It is a wonderful feeling when coming out of a session completely refreshed, when the mind (the reason for stress) was “switched off” for a bit. This is expressed with people’s feedback from post session notes.
