Although I have previously covered some aspects of the Heart Chakra, I am going to expand more broadly. The above image has a female image with an all encompassing “Love” energy emanating all through the body. Although the Heart Chakra is not ultimately connected with the human conditional love we know from books and films, it is ultimately connected to BLISS,
Bliss is experienced as a total energy, pretty much beyond words, and is connected to the degree of Surrender of your Being to it. In such experiences, the mind and body are giving up their control and allowing the journey beyond in the moment.
The feeling of unconditional love is a sensation of energy way above and transcending the emotional.

My personal experience of Bliss occurs quite often in a Sonique session (yes, of course I treat myself – often) where typically my breath just goes out, and stays out (for whatever length happens). My whole body just surrenders to this very natural state, often with solar plexus vibration, and my eyes stream (for lack of a better term) tears of the soul. Breathing re-commences when it wishes, totally allowing.
But this experience just described is nothing compared to what I experienced in 1994. I will write about this some other time. The Heart Chakra is the key major meridian responsible for a state of balance and transcendental experience of pure Love.
If you ever have a difficult decision to make or express, try to allow your heart to make it, rather than your mind. It goes with a question such as – “What would Love do? The heart will know how to respond according to the degree of being positive, not harming, and best outcome for all. If expanded, it is concerned with the 5 Human Values – Truth | Right Action | Peace | Love | Non-Violence.
