It is always interesting to listen to what people say after their Sonique session. What we experience in a session is highly subjective, and seems to be expressed in a couple of ways.
As I am the facilitator, and have a history of personal Sonique sessions, people will generally tend to tell me some parts of their personal experience in some depth, in their understanding that I will know what they mean.
Of course, in this age of social media exposure, reports are written, or reviews, that are posted to say facebook, google, Instagram etc, inevitably.
There is a vast difference between what is said in private, and what is written by a person reflecting about their session. It is my duty to keep confidential, information told to me in this way. What is written up by the person as a review or feedback message is generally given as able to be reflected in social media or website.
This is the difference in what is actually experienced, the published version keeping out parts that are “private” and not to be released. In this regard, I can write that people will keep private that which is highly personal, and no judgement about this whatsoever.
So it goes without saying that there is considerable depth to the experiences, a lot of which is below the surface, similar to an iceburg, if the analogy holds sway?
There is the teaching of three aspects of human beings which are active.
[1] What we think we are. [2] What other people think we are. [3] What we really are.
Probably published material is aligning itself to number 2, what others think we are? Probably the spoken material caters to number 1, what we think we are? But the most important aspect is number 3, what we really are, looking like the hidden underwater part of the iceburg. Our vast and multi-dimensional selves lie in wait for our own discovery, even to the extent of our own personal media release to ourselves?
