This is a very important chakra and is associated with the colour yellow, broadly providing expression of energy towards will and creativity. A person’s “direction” in a 3-D physical world can be accentuated or blocked, according to the state of this chakra. If there are dreams that are desired to be achieved, a bravado or openness of action is wanted, however, if fears are centred here, such as “butterflies in the stomach”, moving forward is difficult.
If a typical Thoth card spread for the chakras and muscle kineasiology is done before a Soniques session, the solar plexus will show up as blocked, negative in energy, compromised, and can be emotionally and thought based, not embracing a trusting world view.
Represents colour of third chakra.
The linked organs to this major meridian is the Liver-Pancreas. If that chakra is negatively affected, then you may have health problems with removing toxins from the body, for example. Further complications could be poor digestion, weight problems, ulcers, diabetes, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, arthritis.
Located in the general stomach area, above the navel and underneath the ribs, it also has the name Manipura.

In a Soniques session, I wrote previously about radiating the chakras in pairs, especially helpful in balancing excited energies. With the yellow solar plexus, I will use the purple colour on the Third Eye chakra, so that there is a certain “stretching” between them. This has been expressed in clients feedback reports sometimes, from people who are sensitive during session.
Balanced physical geometric
In the image, we see a blue base 3-sided triangle pyramid impaled through an orange pyramid reversed and rotated opposite. This may be a representation of colour balanced Sacral and Third Eye chakras. I use orange and blue light (and if needed crystals), in conjunction, to stretch them.
