This major meridian supports the human being’s grounding to Earth. It is associated with the colour red. There is a lot of technical data on this, but I do not believe to write it all is necessary in this simple explanation. In any case, the website has it all available.

Not surprisingly, the light which is focused on this chakra at the base of the spine, is gelled red. In the Sonique S1 system, it shines between the legs.

Base Chakra

With the testing prior to a person having a session, it will be determined whether the base chakra is out of balance. It is quite common, because these days we spend a lot of time during the day indoors walking on manufactured surfaces such as concrete, plastic, carpet etc. Wood or tile is better, but hard to be on all day without shoes, thongs, slippers, boots, and even special insole footware. In short, we do not get the grounding that we used to by being barefoot on the Earth. The charge and static we may build up and not be able to discharge by normal activity, and the associated mental stress, is rather daunting.

When we go out in nature regular, on earth, sand, dirt etc. we connect to earth and balance the above major meridians through the Heart chakra up into the sky. As is said, we are balanced through Mother Earth and Father Sky. Farmers and gardeners are most fortunate for being connected to Earth.

When an unbalanced base chakra is found, I will program a crystal and give to the person to place between their legs when they are settled in and comfortable on the transparent bed. The red light will infuse the crystal and amplify the energy to address the unbalance.

The chakra is a transducer which will assimilate energy from our 3D Earth plane, as well as taking it from the subtle regions. As above, so below.
